Everything you need to know before booking your first Thai lesson.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial is a 20–30 minute lesson where we get to know you, understand your goals, and show you how we teach. There's no pressure to commit — it's just a chance to see if we're a good fit.
What platforms do you use for lessons?
We use Zoom for all live lessons. You'll receive a link after booking, and we'll test everything works before your first lesson.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Thai bank transfer (PromptPay/QR code), Wise, and PayPal. Full details are provided when you book.
Can I reschedule lessons?
Yes! We understand life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your lesson and we'll find a new time that works.
Do you offer lessons for complete beginners?
Absolutely! Most of our students start from zero. We have a clear beginner curriculum that starts with the Thai alphabet, tones, and everyday phrases.
Are lessons suitable for children? What ages?
Yes, we teach children from age 5 upwards. Lessons are age-appropriate, fun, and focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing at a gentle pace.
How do self-study courses work?
Self-study courses include pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable worksheets, and self-tests. You get lifetime access and can study at your own pace. (Launching soon!)
Can I switch between solo, group, and class lessons?
Yes! Many students mix formats. For example, you might take a weekly class lesson and add occasional one-to-one sessions for extra support.
